Description:

• The automatic pillow machine QL001 is mainly used to fill pillow, cushion and sofa etc. with conjugate hollow siliconized polyester fiber that shorter than 100mm, virgin or recycle,

micro or normal fiber.
• It is assembled with automatic bale opener, fiber opener and two operation table slots.
• Automatic control system that the whole machine is controlled by PLC control system and can be handled by only 1 operator with simple operation.
• Weighing system and the tolerance can be about 25g per piece.
• High capacity; usually one pillow can be finished in 6 seconds requires continuous working by the filling operator.
• High opening rate by V-wire for the rollers, so that the material can be opened for more than 98% without hurt the silicon.
• Frequency conversion blower ensures the finished production flat and even.
• The roller is produced by V-wire that is long life and less maintenance.
