The factory has 40 sets (suits) production equipment for mixing, hot pressing and thermal treatment of brake pads, and the hot pressing process is a one-step equidensite processing technology; now, the factory has more than 500 models of one-step hot pressing moulds, which can produce more than 600. The company has established and perfected methods, systems and standards for the quality inspection and quality control from material entry to product export, and for key procedures of steel back shot blasting and gumming, material dosing g and mixing, hot pressing and thermal processing, the company has especially established strict inspection standards and special control methods and means; and has equipped 12 sets of complete testing equipment controlling the whole production process, for example, advanced Chase tester, constant-speed tester, shear intensity tester, compression and thermal expansion tester, sclerometer with electronic digital display, finished density tester, and the tap density tester used for testing the mixing quality. The company has strong research and development capabilities of technologies and new products, and our semi-metallic, less-metallic and ceramic formulations having independent intellectual property can meet demands of different customers, different vehicle types and different markets. The company can design personal formulations meeting the demands of customers according to their special requirements. The company has passed ISO9001:2000 Quality System Certification; and the products strictly implement GB5763-2008, Northern American FMVSS and EU ECE.R90 standard.
