Computerized Pillow Filling Machine

• Mainly used to fill pillow, cushion and other filling productions with conjugate hollow siliconized polyester fiber that shorter than 100mm.
• The whole line is assembled by a fiber opener and 2 operation tables and can be handled by 2 operators adjusted by PLC control system.

• Weighing system with tolerance about 25g requires material filling even and continues working by the operators.

• High capacity, usually one normal pillow 600g can be finished in 6 seconds.
• The rollers are made by V-wire with long life and less maintenance.
• High opening machine for 98% up without hurting the fiber, so that the finished production is good elasticity, flat and good hand feeling.
• Frequency conversion blower ensures the finished production flat, even.
• The fiber wrapping against device of rollers and running deviation against device of conveyer belt make machine easy for maintenance and stable.
