- Application to oil and gas wells, used as a filler or extraction of oil and gas.
- The material for tubing is the TMCP rolling coils. This makes the pipe uniform microstructure and had little material defects such as stomata, inclusion and so on. This essentially guarantees
the intrinsic quality of tubing.
- Because of high rolling precision of raw material, the tubing had an uniform wall thickness and high geometric accuracy.
- Because of high manufacturing accuracy of tube blanks, the crash – resistance of tubing is 55% higher than normal seamless pipe.
- As a result of hot – rolled coils and pipe thermo mechanical treament technology, the structure of pipe is smooth and has few defects and the pipe strength and toughness is increased.
Especially the toughess is about 30% higher than normal seamless pipe.
- Using the hot – rolled seamless pipe technology for TMCP and full pipe heat treatment of pipe to make the pipe structure uniform, this has successfully in optimizing weld seam of structure
and solving the problems of ditch corrosion.
