Series of TL(R) Desulphurization Pump

X-TL(R) series desulfurization pump are single stage, single suction horizontal centrifugal pumps, mainly used in the absorption tower circulation. They have the characteristic of structural simplicity, maintenace convenience and high efficiency.

Material Selection:

We have developed a new material which possesses both of the duplex stainless steel's anti-corrosive property and the high chrome white iron's anti-abrasive property in FGD process.

In the rubber pump casing, impeller, suction cover and cover plate are all made of specilized anti-wear/anti-corrosive material; the material of front liner, back liner and back liner insert is natural rubber with excellent anti-corrosive property.

In the metal pump casing, impeller, volute liner, suction plate and back plate are all made of specilized anti-wear/anti-corrosive material, the suction cover is made of ductile iron with rubber.

Structure Features:

• The pump flow parts are designed with advanced CFD Flowing Simylating Analysis Techniques to ensure its reliability and working efficiency.
• The impeller's position can be changed in the pump casing by adjusting the bearing assembly to keep the pump working efficiently all the time.
• The adoption of back pull-out structure makes the pump's construction and maintainance easy. No need to disassemble the inlet and outlet pipelines.
• Two sets of taper roller bearings are constructed in the end of the pump and the column roller bearing is equipped at the driving end. All bearings are lubricated with oil, which improves the bearing's working condition and greatly enhances its working life.
• Integrating mechanical sealing is adopted, which is specialized in FGD technology to ensure its operation.
