Is known as "China's eye" FAST, is to have independent intellectual property rights in China, the world's largest single caliber, the most sensitive radio telescope, FAST project from the initial idea, site selection, survey, design, construction to be put into use, after more than 20 years. The first round of the Chinese academy of sciences was established in 1994, and by September 25, 2016, the "China eye" was officially completed.
