Product Overview:
KB Series horizontal Type anti-corrosive pump is single stage single suction vertical mechanical seal pump.
Design Feature:
1.Special shaft seal design ,inner built-in teflon bellows sealing with self- cooling designed .
2. Self-priming type design with strongly self-suction catch up to 6 meter.and also assembled with check valve design, prevent the pumping liquid return back in pump shell.
3.Anti-corrosive ,strongly alkali proof, strongly anti-corrosive. ( With materials of CFRPP,FRPP, CVPC, PVDF .
4.Suction pot need install bottom valve to block foreign body inhalation. Exhaust pot need install an cut -off valve to transient reflux phenomenon when stop running pump .result of pump body damage .
Application Field :
it is use on transfer corrosive liquids contained acid and alkali chemical liquids and sewage ,waste water delivery ,circulation ,exhaustion.it is Widely application on electroplate , Electronic chemical plating leather dyeing waste water industries.
