B class steam boiler

Steam boiler refers to an industrial boiler that heats water to a certain parameter and produces high-temperature steam. The principle of steam boiler is that water is heated in the drum to become steam and fire emits heat in the furnace. The steam boiler belongs to special equipment. The design, processing, manufacture, installation and use of the boiler must be supervised by the technical supervision department. Users can use the steam boiler only after obtaining the boiler use certificate.
According to fuel ( electricity, oil and gas ), steam boilers can be divided into three types: electric steam boilers, oil steam boilers and gas steam boilers. According to the structure, it can be divided into vertical steam boilers and horizontal steam boilers. Most of the medium and small steam boilers are vertical structures with single and double return strokes, and most of the large steam boilers are horizontal structures with three return strokes.

Heating equipment ( burner ) releases heat, which is first absorbed by the water wall through radiant heat transfer, and the water in the water wall boils and vaporizes to produce a large amount of steam that enters the steam drum for steam-water separation ( except for the once-through furnace ), and the separated saturated steam enters the superheater to continuously absorb the heat of flue gas from the top of the furnace, the horizontal flue and the rear flue by means of radiation and convection, and to make the superheated steam reach the required working temperature. The boiler for power generation is usually also provided with a reheater, which is used to heat the steam after the work is done by the high pressure cylinder, and the reheated steam from the reheater is removed to the middle and low pressure cylinders to continue to do work for power generation.

Steam boilers can be divided into electric steam boilers, oil steam boilers and gas steam boilers according to fuel.
