Introduction to excavator products

The tunneling machine is mainly used for the tunneling of coal roadway, semi-coal rock roadway and rock roadway with a hardness of f no more than 60 MPa (joint not developed) and f no more than 100 MPa (joint development).It can also be used in tunnels such as railway, highway and hydraulic engineering.Through the second conveyer, it can be matched with dump truck, shuttle truck and belt conveyer, and can realize continuous operation of cutting, loading and transportation.

Working conditions of excavator

(1) elevation not exceeding 2000m;

(2) environmental temperature - 20 ℃ ~ + 40 ℃;

(3) the surrounding air relative humidity is not more than 90% (+ 25 ℃);

(4) in a mine with gas, coal dust or other explosive gas;

(5) and the installation of the vertical Angle less than 18 °;

(6) in an environment without damaging the insulation of gases or vapors;

(7) where there is no continuous long-term leakage;

(8) pollution level: level 3;

(9) installation category: Ⅲ class.

Performance characteristics of roadheader

(1) all electronic control equipment has obtained the certificate of explosion-proof inspection;

(2) the tunneling machine is equipped with a starting alarm device and front and rear lighting;

(3) the transmission system of the cutting mechanism and the loading mechanism is provided with overload protection device;

(4) start and stop sequence between oil pump motor, cutting motor and second operation motor, and there is a locking device in the electric control system;

(5) the hydraulic system has a filter device and a protection device such as pressure, oil temperature and oil level display;

(6) the electric control system is equipped with emergency cut-off and locking device, and the emergency stop button is also installed on the other side of the driver's seat;

(7) the tunneling machine is equipped with internal and external spray systems, as well as filter and protection functions.
