Introduction to drilling machine
The submersible drill is used to shock and break rocks with the impactor and drill at the bottom of the hole.Widely used in metal mining, water and electricity, transportation, building materials, port and defense engineering.A submersible drill may drill holes in rocks above medium or hard (f > 8).The price of drilling rig is cheaper, especially suitable for medium and small size open pit mine.
Classification of underground drill products
1. It is divided into underground drilling rig and open hole drilling rig according to different usage locations.For example, the underground well drilling rig is k7-80, kqj-100, and the open-pit drilling rig is kq-100, kq-150, kq-200 and kq-250.
2. According to different pore diameters, it can be divided into light under-hole drilling RIGS (with aperture of 80~100mm and machine weight of hundreds of kg to 2~3 tons), medium under-hole drilling RIGS (with aperture of 150mm and machine weight of 10-15 tons), heavy under-hole drilling RIGS (with aperture of 200mm and machine weight of 25-35 tons), and extra-heavy under-hole drilling RIGS (with aperture of 250mm and machine weight of 40-45 tons).
Working principle of underground drilling rig
The working principle of the submersible drill is the same as that of other drilling machines, which have the drilling process of impact, rotation, balling and propulsion.The difference is that the impactor of the submersible drilling rig is installed at the front end of the drill pipe, and it penetrates into the bottom of the hole and continues to advance with the extension of the drill hole.
Characteristics of subsurface drill
The impact energy loss does not increase with the length of the drill rod, so the deep hole with large hole diameter can be drilled.
Low noise level in the workplace;
The drilling speed is fast, the mechanization degree is high, the auxiliary operation time is less, and the operation rate of drill is improved.
Flexible maneuver;
Well drilling hole quality;
A rock that is hard or medium hard (f greater than or equal to 8) is drilled.
