WY series pressure free damper is an ideal type of wind door in underground coal mine in China at present. It breaks the structure form of the old wind door, and skillfully USES the connecting rod balance mechanism to transform the negative pressure acting on the air door into an internal force through the balance mechanism, making the opening of the air door only related to the counterweight and friction resistance of the door shaft.

The pressure free damper is mainly used in the connecting roadway between the downhole approach and the main approach.When passing through the damper, the damper can be opened easily and automatically closed after release, effectively avoiding the occurrence of airflow short circuit and ventilation failure, laying a foundation for the standardization and modernization management of coal mine.

WY no pressure damper is composed of door frame 1, door leaf 2, balance mechanism 3, counterweight 4 and (locking 5).The door frame is welded with steel.The door leaf is made of steel structure with cold steel plate attached to the connecting rod.Adjust the weight, the valve can be closed reliably.
