Notes for operation and maintenance of mlc5-9 material vehicle

The material vehicle is the main transportation and safety equipment for the roadway and working face transportation. In the process of operation, it should be guaranteed that the wheel and the protection devices such as buffer spring, single ring chain, three-ring chain, pin shaft and contact core are always in good condition.In the daily operation and maintenance process, the following main contents should be noted:

1) for the link bearing traction, the wear amount of pin shaft shall not exceed 15% of the original size, and the value of link bolt bend shall not exceed 10% of the diameter.

2) there shall be no crack in the cast steel contact, no crack in the buffer spring or long-term deformation.

3) the running of the material vehicle should be stable. The diameter difference between two wheels on the same wheel shall not be greater than 2 mm.When one wheel of the four main wheels of the same material vehicle does not touch the rail surface on the flat road, its clearance shall not be greater than 2 mm. Otherwise, it shall be stopped immediately and repaired or adjusted.

4) wheels shall not crack, wheel rim wear shall be no less than 13mm, and tread shall be no less than 7mm.

5) the wheels should be oiled every two weeks, and the new oil must be used to push out the old oil when oiling.

6) the steering device is flexible and reliable, and should rotate flexibly in both horizontal and vertical directions.
