Structure and working principle of airborne temporary support device

Structure: it is composed of top beam frame, connector, main frame, oil cylinder, plug and install bidirectional lock, high-pressure oil pipeline road, diverging collector valve, two position three-way valve, control operation valve and so on.

Principle: when working, use the pump station of the tunneling machine to supply oil, pass the overflow valve to the operating valve through the two-position three-way valve, and then shunt the flow collector to enter the two-way lock.

The bi-directional lock opens into the cylinder, the main frame opens to lift, and the top frame opens to lift until the desired height and Angle stops.
