Repair and maintenance of stationary mining car

Precautions for use of stationary harvesters

1. During the operation, the load of the harvester shall not exceed the specified value.

2. Do not work when the connecting device fails.

3. When the frame is shaken, it will rigidly impact the axle. It is prohibited to use it when the bottom frame and the wheelset are broken, so as to avoid damage to the axle.

4. If there is severe rust or deformation on the surface of bolt and three-ring chain, it should be scrapped.

5. It is forbidden for harvesters to contact each other.

6. When the track of the harvester is deformed, it should be adjusted timely; otherwise, the wheels of the mine are vulnerable to damage and easy to jump in the transportation process.
