Specifications
1. The horizontal dryer adopts steel rollers transporting
products, its type divides into single tunnel and multiple
tunnels. The products are dried in steps after gradually
passing the pre-kiln moisture depletion dept, heat drying
dept, even speed drying dept, descending speed drying dept,
in balance drying dept.
2. The dryer is prefabricated in moudules. Modules
insulation adopts insulate fiber. Each module has an
accident handing door for convenient in handling the broken
adobes inside the dryer tunnel.
3. The hote resource of horizontal dryer is mainly coming
from the roller kiln fume, rest hot or heat energy
generated by hot air generator. The hot hairis enforced
sent in by scattered sections, then eliminated out through
many specially designed humidity and temperature inside the
dryer to achieve the aim of fast drying products safely.
4. Some detective points arranged at side of the dryer to
supervise the temperature curve of dryer system. Its
driving system adopts 45° bevel gears which speed adjust
by inverters and the dry cycle can be adjusted in large
range.
