Global Talent Mine helps employers to see if their selected candidate is worthy of the post. They test the candidates’ skill on word, excel, PowerPoint, typing, book keeping, data capturing and supervisory skills. They also conduct psychometric tests to see if the candidate is behaviourally and has the skills required for the job.
