Introduction:
This is a kind of steel coil leveling equipment, integrating scissor and drop-type stackers. This metal cut to length line has the feature of hydraulic adjustments and oiling capabilities. The resulting steel coils have uniform width and flatness, so that the appearances can be improve, at the same time, the quality of finished operation can also be improved too.

This cut to length line is divided in to three kinds because of different strip thickness and strip width, including thin coil cut to length line, middle thick coil cut to length and thick coil cut to length line.

Application:
The metal coil decoiling, leveling and cut to length line apply to process cold-rolled steel, hot-rolled steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel, color steel plates and the various metal materials.

High-Speed Cut-To-Length Line
The high speed CTL machine (coil strip cut-to-length) fit steel coils with thickness: (0.2-2mm, 0.3-3mm, 0.6-4mm, or 1-5mm) and changeable width and length of finished sheets depend on customer's practical need.

Advantages and Characteristics:
1. Fast speed and high precision
Line speed can be up to 100m/min, 25-30pcs/min 2000mm Length sheets in average.
Leveling precision: ±1mm/㎡
Sheet length precision: ±0.5mm/m
Sheet diagonal length precision: ±0.5mm/m
2. Thin coils differ in coil weight, when max coil weight is small, usually single mandrel (cantilever) uncoiler for this high-speed cut-to-length line is adopted.
3. To make flat steel sheets, the diameter of leveling rollers should be scientifically proper, we confirm diameter of leveling rollers by actual experiences and engineering calculation.
4. Automatically piling-up bracket can receive finished sheets and automatically pile them up orderly.
5. Hole accumulator between leveling machine and fine leveling, is necessary to protect sheet surface and make sure the simultaneously work of leveling machine DC motor and fine leveling servo motor.

Normal Speed Cut-To-Length Line
1. Fast speed and high precision
Line speed can be up to 40m/min, 7-8pcs/min 2000mm Length sheets in average.
Leveling precision: ±1mm/㎡
Sheet length precision: ±0.5mm/m
Sheet diagonal length precision: ±0.5mm/m
2. Thin coils differ in coil weight, when max coil weight is small, usually single mandrel (cantilever) uncoiler for this steel coil cut-to-length line (also known as cut-to-length machine) is adopted.
3. To make flat steel sheets, the diameter of leveling rollers should be scientifically proper, we confirm diameter of leveling rollers by actual experiences and engineering calculation.
4. Automatically piling-up bracket can receive finished sheets and automatically pile them up orderly.
5. Hole accumulator between decoiling and leveling, is necessary to protect sheet surface and make sure the simultaneously work of decoiling and leveling.

Middle Thick Plate Cut-To-Length Line
1. High precision
Line speed can be up to 30m/min, 7-8pcs/min 2000mm Length sheets in average.
Leveling precision: ±1mm/㎡
Sheet length precision: ±0.5mm/m
Sheet diagonal length precision: ±0.5mm/m
2. Coils differ in coil weight, when max coil weight is small, usually single mandrel (cantilever) uncoiler is adopted; when max coil weight is big, double-mandrel decoiler with three steps or double-cone decoiler is adopted for this thick plate cut-to-length line (coil CTL line) .
3. To make flat steel sheets, the diameter of leveling rollers should be scientifically proper, we confirm diameter of leveling rollers by actual experiences and engineering calculation.
4. The backup rollers installed in backup bracket can tightly back leveling rollers up to make sure no deformation of leveling rollers while leveling.
5. Final-sheet sending-out equipment sends finished sheets onto pneumatic packing platform.
6. We adopt good quality parts supplied by famous brand company, e.g. Yuken/Fuxin hydraulic parts, HRB/ZWZ/SKF bearings, etc. This can ensure good performance of coil CTL line.

Thick Plate Cut-To-Length Line
Advantages & Characteristics:
1. Plate CTL line machine with High precision
Line speed can be up to 20m/min, 4-5pcs/min 2000mm Length sheets in average.
Leveling precision: ±1.5mm/㎡
Sheet length precision: ±0.5mm/m
Sheet diagonal length precision: ±1mm/m
2. Weight of thick plate coils is heavy up to 30T, 35T or 40T, double-cone decoiler is proper.
3. Strong portal-style coil-head opener including coil-head guide, press and shoveler can make sure decoiling smoothly going on.
4. To make flat steel sheets, the diameter of leveling rollers should be scientifically proper, we confirm diameter of leveling rollers by actual experiences and engineering calculation when processing the plate cut-to-length line.
5. The backup rollers installed in backup bracket can tightly back leveling rollers up to make sure no deformation of leveling rollers while leveling.
6. Twice leveling is arranged in the thick plate cut-to-length line, to ensure good leveling effect.
Customer can choose to include edge trimmer, to trim off the useless edges.
7. Final-sheet sending-out equipment sends finished sheets onto pneumatic packing table.
