This UHT system adopts ultra high heat treatment to sterilize the liquid dairy products, tea drink and juice for the the aseptic filling production; the sterilize temperature is 137Degrees Celsius holding for 3~5S,by this procedure to remain the nature nutrition and flavor of the milk and juice;

It is designed to be used for continuous sterilization of fresh milk, fruit juice, beer, beverage or other similar products. It can be connected with the separator, degasser, flash evaporator and other devices. As the heating and cooling of products are carried out in the heat recovery part of the plate type heat exchanger, the heat recovery rate can reach more than 95%.
