Rotary ovenhas turntable andbaking chamberwith stainless steel body which is easy maintenance.Rotary Convection Ovenhas one-piece door with double heat reflecting glass, specially designed gasket on the door-frame that gives complete sealing of doors.Large steel heat exchangers ensure lower fuel consumption and less heat loss. For optimum baking performance,the machine also has steam generators on feed wall with an excellent air distribution system(three channel) . There are also Illuminating elements in the door for better views of checking baking.
Rotary ovenhave baking evenly, simple operation and using safety advantages. The oven has thick and overlapping insulation area which keeps the heat inside the oven and preventing heat transfer to outside working environment. Large heat-reflecting double glazed glass window on the door and effective internal light permits close observation of the baking process inside the oven.
Now,Rotary ovenshave three different energy sources,electricity,oil and gas.Main components are burners , extracting Fan , controls and rotating base.
