Apparatus: The apparatus include two water baths and one temperature control device, each water baths is of sufficient size to hold the test specimen fully immersed vertically on edge for the duration test.

Instructions:
1, Place the boil test equipment stably, and put the sample holder into the box;
2, Pour water into box, control the water level is about 50-80mm from the top of the box, cover the box;
3, Switch on the power supply, set the temperature-controlled meter to required temperature (63~69°C).
4, When the temperature reach the required temperature (63~69°C), place the samples vertically on the sample holder inside the box,3 minutes later, take out the samples and quickly put them into another boiling test box, after 2 hours, take out the samples and observe.
5, Disconnect the power supply, drain the water after cooling.
Matters needing attention:
1, check whether the box is deformed or damaged before use.
2, check the water level in the box before switching on the power supply.
3, keep the box dry and maintain regularly when it is not used for a long time.
4, it is normal to have a little scale after heating for a long time. Please clean up in time so as not to affect the heating effect.
