Solid handmade and mouth-blown crystal from one of Sweden's most ancient Glasbruk - Reijmyre.
Monica Bratt came to Reijmyre Glasbruk in 1937. She was given the confidence to build a completely new collection on her own. Bratt wanted to make an effort for the utility glass and was driven by one just to make one, as she put it, "more beautiful everyday goods". Together with Reijmyre's skilled glassblowers, Monica Bratt managed to give the mill new life. Her artistic efforts brought Reijmyre Glasbruk to a leading position among Swedish glassworks. During the more than 20 years she worked at the mill, Monica Bratt came to design a large number of products, some of which were manufactured right into the 1990s. She worked a lot with color and the ruby red glass became something of a sign for her.
