Plastic Back Pressure Valve

FREE-VALVE’splastic back pressure valveis installed in theline of positive pressure discharge of metering pump,its function is to prevent siphon phenomenon occur.Removingthe protective cap on the adjusting screwon site,thenrotating and adjustingscrew , the required pressurewill be got by adjustingpressure gaugein thepipeline. Back pressure will be set within the range of 0-0.6 MPa by adjusting screw .

The combination use of plastic back pressure valves and pulse dampershas the following advantage :

1. Itreduces damage to the system by water hammers, so that the systemwillachieve superior low vibration effect.

2. It willkeeping a certain constant pressure fromthe pump outletportto the back pressure valve,

3. Keep the system flow rate is constant.

4. Keepthe stability of system pressure.

2. The part that contacts with the mediumonly include thebottom valve body and the diaphragm; thebottom valve body and the diaphragm seal processing has the sealing bar,make surethe goodsealing effect and highersensitivity.
