Trucker/Carrier are driver, NOT loader/unloader. IF trucker is injured, while helping you to loading/unloading, trucker/carrier will/may claim against you.
Customer (Shipper / Consignor / Consignee / Third Party / Agent of Shipper / Assignee / You / Etc) is all except ISF-CustomsBroker.com
