Application

K288P is a PVC foam regulator with medium melt strength, which can significantly promote PVC melting at low temperature, effectively lower the plasticizing temperature and shorten the plasticizing time. In addition, it can also strengthen the cohesion and homogeneity of PVC melt, and give PVC polymer higher melt strength, elongation and elasticity while broadening the processing temperature range, reduce the pulsation and instability of melt, and promote the surface brightness and smoothness. The product has good dispersion and processing fluidity in PVC, which is suitable for the production and processing of all kinds of PVC foamed building materials and profiles, effectively improving the production efficiency. Uniform the cell structure of PVC foaming products by improving the melt strength, used with the blowing agent can excellently minimize the product density.
