MainStructure
Air-water mixed jet aerator diffuser is mainly composed of seven parts: outer cavity, inner cavity, mixing cavity, outer nozzle, inner nozzle, air inlet and liquid inlet. Both the inner and outer
cavities are cavities formed by butting and bonding the upper and lower butterfly shells.
The inner and outer cavities are coaxially sleeved, and the liquid inlet and the air inlet are respectively connected to the inner cavity and the outer cavity along the axial direction.
The inner and outer nozzles are arranged concentrically and uniformly along the circumference of the inner and outer cavity respectively.
The inner cavity is the working medium cavity, the outer cavity is the ejection medium suction cavity, and the inner and outer nozzles are the mixing cavity. The aerator itself does not contain any
electromechanical components and transmission components.
The necessary equipment when working is: jet circulation pump and blower.
Material
As a reinforced resin composite material, FRP material has superior anti-corrosion performance, strong plasticity, easy molding. It can be manufactured by hand, easy to make the small batch
production, anti-aging, and long service life. It is an important direction in the research field of new materials.
The main material of Air-water mixed jet aerator diffuser is the 189 resin (boat resin) glass fiber reinforced plastic.
Working principle
Aeration and oxygenation
Oxygen in the nozzle
Oxygenation in the horizontal jet zone
Oxygenation in the vertical lifting zone
Oxygenation in secondary turbulent zone
