The submersible mixer is one of the essential equipment in sewage treatment process, used in transfer pump pool, flow adjustment tank, sludge storage tank, etc., to effectively prevent sludge accumulation and balance water quality.

Applications

Our mixer is suitable for all kind of water treatment process which need keep solid、liquid_ two phase or solid、liquid、air three phase uniform mixing reaction area.

The mixer can operate normally and continuously under the following conditions

★Maxi temperature no over 40°C

★ medium PH 5-9

★Medium density no over 1150KG/M3

★long term diving operation, diving water depth no over 20m

◎ Application purpose

◎ Tank type and dimension

◎ Mixing media characteristic include: Viscosity, density, temperature and solid content etc.

◎The mixer must be fully submerged to work in the water, and cannot work in an flammable and explosive environment or a strong corrosive environment. The minimum diving depth: 900MM.

◎The mixer power is determined according to the volume, the density of the stirred liquid, the viscosity and the stirring depth. According to the specific situation, one or more mixers should be used.
