Tobee® 18x16TU-GH High Head Gravel pump is designed for continuously handling for large particles of slurries, sands, gravels, stones with high head applications, The main wear parts made from high chrome alloy, The hardness can upto 65HRC, Working life is 30% increasing than other common slurry pumps, 18x16 dredge gravel pump widely used for cutter suction dredges, sand dredgers, sand Excavation, sand reclamation, sand barge loading etc.
Design Features:
√ 18x16 dredge gravel pumps are designed for gravel and sand dredge from river and/or sea, as well as large particle pass in mining operations.
√ The unique segmented clamp ring on larger size units and solid on smaller pumps,facilitates casing rotation to any angle, reducing the need for costly high wearing bends. Minimal
maintenance is required.
√ Impeller expulsion vanes reduce gland pressure and intrusion of high concentrations of solids in the gland area. Efficiency is maintained by minimising suction side
recirculation.
√ Specially designed and shaped impeller vanes allow the handling of extraordinarily large particles. The unique casing design and sealing vanes prevent abrasive solids intrusion at the
sealing faces.
