and medium-sized concrete pumping stations.
MainFeatures:
1. The volume is small, but the effective volume can be used to the maximum.
2. Strong, lasting and durable. The main structural cylinder of the materialized pump station is made of composite glass fiber reinforced plastic winding and its inner tree is designed as a
resin-rich layer, which has anti-corrosion and anti-seepage functions. Therefore, it is strong, lasting and durable.
3. High integration: The integrated pump station combines prefabricated cylinder, submersible sewage pump, lifting chain, pipeline system, maintenance platform, maintenance ladder, liquid level
sensor, comminuted grid, control system and lifting device reasonably to meet the actual needs of users.
4. Short engineering period. Prefabricated pumping stations are pre-installed and factory tested before transportation, so as to minimize installation time on site and improve system reliability.
Before transportation, the pump station shall be assembled completely as required, assembled into an integrated unit, and transported to the installation site as a whole. Compared with the
traditional pumping station, the installation time is greatly shortened. The civil engineering workload is about 1/10 of that of the traditional mixed soil pumping station, so the whole engineering
period is short.
5. Save costs. Compared with the traditional pumping station, the civil engineering is greatly reduced, and the manufacturing and installation period is short. According to statistics, this series
of prefabricated pumping stations saves about 30% of the cost compared with the traditional concrete prefabricated pumping station.
6. Easy installation and maintenance. Built-in service platform is convenient for installation and maintenance, and the water pump and grille can be hoisted in or out from the top without entering
the cylinder.
7. Protect the environment. Due to the reasonable design, the generation of highly toxic and malodorous gases is greatly reduced, and the environment is protected.
8. The FRP material has very strong resistance to chemical corrosion, and the pump station can be moved during use for reuse
