Used for extended dysfunction of finger joints caused by all kinds of situations.
When bending and forming, the splint counters pressure in necessary. Roughly form the splint to the correct shape before placing on the injured finger, then with gentle pressure form to the injured
finger. Fasten the splint with tape. If desired, you can bend the splint into the required position.
Finger splints are used to protect fingers and to help align the small joints that may be affected by arthritis or injury. There are several different types of finger splints. The splints serve to
stabilize or work on extension of the PIP joint (the joint closest to the knuckle) or DIP joint (the joint closest to the end of the finger).
