Stair Treads

Stair treads and bar grating walkways are commonly installed for industrial,stair treads are designed to offer protection in industrial facilities or outdoor sites where slippery conditions may be present. the steel grating stair tread can be plain or have a serrated surface. Stair treads can be supplied in a range of metal sheets and plates.

Metals: Stainless steel: all grades including 304, 316; Aluminium: all grades including 1,000, 3,000 and 5,000 series; Galvanized steels and other metals.

Serrated stair treads provide maximum slip resistance with projections provide good slip resistance that's more comfortable than serrated.

Stair Tread Plate Lengths:
Metric: Standard lengths are 2m, 2.5m and 3,0m.
USA standard lengths: 96'' and 120''.
Custom lengths are available.

Stair Tread Plate Width:
Metric: Standard widths are 1m and 1.250m.
USA standard widths are 36'' and 48''.

Custom width is available.

Non slip diamond pattern stair tread has a male/female interlocking design and can be installed over structural members to provide a solid, skid resistant flooring.

Non-slip solid tread plates can be used to cover surfaces with holes to allow for wheelchair and high heel traffic. Optional edge bands or wedges along the length of the panels, make it easier for wheelchairs and other wheel cart traffic to roll up onto the floor surface. The two styles of edge bands are “A” and “B.”

The self-cleaning, ventilated design allows dirt, grease, snow, etc. To fall through while the punched diamonds are small enough to catch most falling items such as tools.
