1、 Prepare materials

2、 Prepare solution
Accurately weigh the measured heparin sodium powder, pour it into physiological saline to the desired volume, and refrigerate it for storage.
3、 Detection method
1. Adjust the water bath temperature to a constant temperature of 37 degrees, remove frozen sheep plasma, melt and filter it, and set it aside.
2. Take two sets of test tubes and add the prepared heparin sodium solution to each tube. Then, add sodium citrate solution, sodium chloride, and filtered sheep plasma to each tube. After adding,
it is necessary to tightly cover the cap and gently invert it 3-4 times to mix thoroughly, keep the inner wall moist, and then place the test tube vertically in a 37 ℃ water bath for about 1
hour.
3. After 1 hour, take out two sets of test tubes, check the degree of solidification of each tube, and record the determination of the standard sample and 1/2 of the solidification point and
volume of the sample to be tested. The potency calculation formula of the sample to be tested is: the estimated potency of the sample to be tested X the standard 1/2 freezing point microliters ÷
the sample 1/2 freezing point microliters, and the potency can be used when it reaches the ideal value.
