Lacquered drum flange is produced based on spraying coating layer onto zinc plated drum flange. Coated drum flange will be baked in oven at high temperatures, which makes the coating layer very
stable and not easy to fall-off even during curling process.
Lacquered flange follows the same specification as zinc plated flange. Various types of coating materials, including phenolic, epoxy phenolic, and PVF are available to choose from. With special
characters of different coating layers, lined drum flange has excellent performance in the application of food and chemical packaging.
Details of Lacquered Drum Flange
1
Lining materials from reputable companies are well formulated before spraying. Epoxy phenolic, PVF, and phenolic are the most common coating materials. Special coatings are also available on
requests.
2
Coating process of each flange is settled and finely controlled, which contributes to uniform thickness of the coating layer. Stable coating layer is strong enough, and will not fall-off when
assebling onto drum top with drum insertion die.
3
Standard gasket for lacquered drum flange includes EPDM, NBR and dual gasket. Special formulated gaskets are available on requests. Once riveted onto drum top, coated flange is able to provide
maximum sealing effects for the steel drum.
