Types of Force Meter

As a proficient measuring instruments manufacturing company, Mikrometry has four types of force meters, namely EFG, EFGE, EFGS, and EFGH series. EFG and EFGE are built-in sensors, and EFG accuracy is higher than EFGE. EFGS and EFGH are external sensors, there are two types of external sensors, S type, and R type, mainly used for large-range measurement. The hand-held force gauge, a tensile force gauge, is a small and convenient tensile pressure test instrument. Our mechanical hand-held force gauge meter has the advantages of high accuracy, easy operation, simultaneous display of Newton and kilogram units, and convenient strapping. Digital Push Pull Force Gauge EFGE

The EFGE series are a handy force gauges with compact size, high accuracy. They are easy to operate and handy to carry out. EFG Handheld Digital Compression Force Gauge

EFGS Professional Force Indicator

The EFG10S professional digital force indicator is designed to work with a wide range of Mikrometry remote force and torque sensors. All sensors are fully compatible with the EFG10S force indicator. The accuracy is ± 0.2% FS. On-board data memory for up tp 1000 readings is included, data can be transferred to a PC or data collectors via USB or RS-232.

EFGH Advanced Force Indicator

The EFG20H professional digital force indicator is designed to work with a wide range of Mikrometry remote force and torque sensors. With 4 inch LCD screen, customizable resolution, and it support up to 6 digits display. The EFG20H features a blazingly fast sampling rate of 16 KHZ, producing reliable results for extremely quick-action tests.

High Accuracy Force Gauge Ranges

Mikrometry built-in sensors including EFG and EFGE series. While the EFG digital force meter holds the measuring ability ranging up to 220 lbf with an accuracy of ±0.2% F.S, the EFGE series handy force gauge measures up to 220 lbf with an accuracy of ±0.3% F.S.

The external sensor EFGS series tensile force gauge measures up to 4500 lbf and accuracy of ±0.2% F.S; The EFGH series digital force meter measures up to 112500 lbf with an accuracy of 0.03%+sensor's accuracy.

Digital Force Meter Advantages

The digital tension force gauges have selectable units, programmable high/low setpoints and output peak or continuous data for collection by optional data acquisition software in USB, RS232, Digimatic and analog formats.
