[Product features]
Peroxide stabilizer is non silicone bleaching stabilizer made from special polymeric compounds.
Stable to big amount of alkali.
Suitable for one bath bleaching process with good whiteness, soft hand feels and no silicone dirt in equipment.
[Application]
High concentration product and can be diluted 4-6 times.
Suitable for cotton pretreatment, T/C one bath bleaching and bleaching of woven fabrics after scouring.
Dipping of cotton and its blends
H2O2 (100%): 2 – 3 g/L
Peroxide stabilizer: 1 – 3 g/L
Detergent: 1 – 5 g/L
NaOH: 2 – 3 g/L
Liquor ratio: 1 : 10 – 15, 95℃ × 60 min
Continuous bleaching of cotton and its blends
H2O2 (100%): 4 – 6 g/L
Peroxide stabilizer: 4 – 6 g/L
Scouring agent: 1 – 2 g/L
Continuous bleaching of T/C
H2O2 (100%): 10 – 15 g/L
Peroxide stabilizer: 10 – 15 g/L
Scouring agent: 5 g/L
NaOH: 20 – 30 g/L
Cold pad batch of cotton
NaOH: 40 – 60 g/L
H2O2 (100%): 18 – 22 g/L
Peroxide stabilizer: 18 – 22 g/L
Scouring agent: 5 – 8 g/L
Batching time: 20 – 24 hour
