In the design ofcrate mold

The quality of plastic crate mould has a great influence on the quality of crate products. In the design and processing of an ideal quality of reliable plastic crate mold, should make the mold and process has the following requirements :

(1) the design of the mold plastic parts weight and volume requirements. In order to make the mold small in weight and volume, it is only one third of the volume of the mold with ordinary flow channel and mechanical lateral parting structure.

(2) Requirements in structure and movement. The mold structure of plastic crate should be compact, and the reliability of action should be high. If it is a lateral typing structure, the typing reset time should be flexible to adjust.

(3) It can reduce back material, improve the quality of raw materials, and improve the utilization rate of materials.

(4) Processing time requirements. It can reduce the cooling time of plastic circulating box and shorten its molding cycle.

(5) This design method requires that the overall cost of mold and production can be reduced.
