Magnetic Four-Wheel Alignment Level is a specialized tool used in the automotive industry to assist technicians and mechanics in precisely aligning a vehicle’s wheels. Proper wheel alignment is essential for safe driving, tire longevity, and optimum vehicle performance.
Applications:
Routine Maintenance: Regular wheel alignments can help prolong the life of tires, improve fuel economy, and ensure safer driving.
Post-Collision Repair: After a vehicle accident, ensuring wheels are correctly aligned is crucial.
Modifications: When altering a vehicle’s suspension or ride height, an alignment check is often necessary.
Once the four-wheel aligner’s data is confirmed, such as a camber angle exceeding a specified value (e.g., -1 degree), remove the positioning fixture, take off the tire, and replace the necessary alignment components. Our magnetic level assists in this process. Previously, technicians depended on experience to adjust angles, which could lead to errors. Our level ensures precise adjustments.
Instructions:
Remove the wheel alignment sensor (clamp) and the tire.
Attach the magnetic level to the brake disc side.
Zero the level.
Install necessary positioning components.
Using the magnetic level, set the positioning parts to the desired angle.
For slight deviations during re-testing, fine-tune as needed under the car. (Minor deviations generally don’t impact positioning.)
Functions:
Attachable car magnetic measurement tool. Place it on the wheel hub or brake disc to measure camber and caster angles.
Adjust vehicle camber: Simple horizontal range from -5 to 5 degrees. Use this tool to reset your vehicle’s camber after specific repairs.
Durability & Safety: Constructed from high-grade steel and durable plastic for long-lasting reliability.
User-friendly: Premium magnetic tool that’s easy to read and operate.
Safety: Proper wheel alignment can reduce the risk of unpredictable vehicle behavior.
Cost-Efficiency: Regular alignments can extend tire life, preventing premature replacements.
Enhanced Driving Experience: Correct alignment can improve vehicle handling, making driving more enjoyable.
Structure:
Magnetic Base: This allows the tool to securely adhere to metal parts of the vehicle, such as the brake disc or wheel hub. It provides stability during measurements and ensures accurate readings.
Leveling Mechanism: This can be a bubble level or a digital display, depending on the model. It shows when the device is perfectly level or, in some cases, the exact angle of deviation.
Measurement Dial/Display: Displays the angle of the camber or caster in degrees. On advanced models, this could be a digital display.
Adjustable Arms: Some models may have arms that can be adjusted to fit different wheel sizes or to measure different types of angles.
Durable Construction Materials: Made from high-quality materials like steel and high-strength plastic to ensure durability and safety during use.
Zeroing Mechanism: Allows the user to set the level to zero before taking measurements. This ensures that measurements are relative to a known starting position.
Structure Types:
Standard Plate: A flat design that can be easily attached to the surface.
PTFE Slide: Features a PTFE (Teflon) slide for smooth adjustments or movements.
Basin Type: May have a concave surface for specific applications.
Ball Type: Uses a ball joint mechanism for flexibility in movement and positioning.
