TTA3150 poly [(2-ethylene epoxide) - 1 2 cyclohexane diol] 2-ethyl-2 - (hydroxymethyl) - 1,3-propylene glycol ether is a typical cyclohexane diol epoxy resin, which contains very little chloride
ions and chloride salts. It has the characteristics of high transparency, high heat resistance, high Tg, excellent weather resistance, and excellent electrical properties (arc resistance and
electric trace resistance). Its epoxy group at the end has similar reactivity with the epoxy group of polyether polyol glycidyl ether epoxy resin and can be cured with curing agents such as
anhydride, phenol, amine, and cationic curing agent. It is widely used in composite materials, electrical insulation materials, electronic adhesives, powder coatings, and other fields.
TTA3150 Typical Physical Properties Of Thermal Curing With Different Anhydrides
High Heat Resistance

High Heat Resistance
The curing of TTA3150 with methyl-hexahydro phthalic anhydride has excellent transparency and high heat resistance temperature; the curing with methyl-tetrahydro phthalic anhydride has slightly
lower Tg and yellow color, and the curing with methylnadic anhydride has better heat resistance than that of the above two anhydrides. It shall be noted that the color after curing is brown and
translucent. Special attention: TGA data show that the TTA3150 and MHHPA cured product has the highest thermal decomposition temperature, and the TTA3150 and MNA cured product has the highest Tg,
but the lowest thermal decomposition temperature.
