珩磨石的介绍
原则上，完美的磨刀石由三种不同的主要成分组成，可提供所需的切割效果。
磨料
磨料是每块珩磨石最重要的组成部分。使用各种粒度的合成金刚石或立方氮化硼 (CBN)。
纽带
第二个组成部分是金属粘合剂，它负责磨料晶体的适当粘附，保证优异的磨损性能。
钢坯或载体
镀铜钢毛坯是第三个也是最后一个组件，是拉制镀锌形式的每个珩磨石的支撑材料。
磨料和粘结剂按照精确定义的操作计划进行称重、混合和配比。然后将预混合的部分装入准备好的烧结模具中，并安装适当的钢坯。之后，所有三个元素在高温下烧结。在烧结过程中，会形成磨料层。

工件材质： 硬质合金、玻璃及陶瓷、铸铁、合金钢、工具钢、模具钢、淬火钢铜、铝合金及其他耐磨材料。
适用范围：精磨发动机泵体、液压缸孔、液压泵内孔、缸体、阀体、油缸喷嘴、花键孔内表面及其他系列的缸孔、盲孔。
适用珩磨机：sunnen、nagel、belden、accucut、engis等各类高产量珩磨设备。
珩磨头：珩磨油石通常安装在珩磨头上进行工作。
可根据客户需求设计加工或根据图纸定制各种型号立式珩磨头及配件。
立式珩磨头产品珩磨精度高，操作简单，分为手动调节和机动调节。
珩磨范围从珩磨直径12mm至300mm，珩磨材料有镍合金材料、铝合金材料、三种刚性材料。
根据珩磨机型号、珩磨孔径及长度、孔型、工件材质及硬度、切削量、表面光洁度要求及公差，我们的技术人员将为您推荐最合适的工具及磨料规格。
广泛应用于气缸、割草机气缸、液压缸、空压机气缸、缸套、阀孔、喷嘴油泵。发动机、空压机、泵体、液压缸的缸孔和缸套孔，以及汽车、柴油机、摩托车、拖拉机等其它圆柱形通孔的内表面。
工作原理：传动系统负责驱动珩磨头旋转，液压系统驱动珩磨头往复运动，实现工件夹紧、磨头伸缩等动作。
