PCD轮毂车刀应用
PCD轮毂刀具用于车削和精加工汽车铝合金轮毂轮辋。
▶PCD轮毂车刀刀头采用E6的PCD & PCBN毛坯，刀杆采用优质碳化钨和工具钢
▶先进的焊接技术，确保PCD车刀不开刀、不脱焊、不碳化、长寿命
▶焊接整体轮毂刀具，刀具刚性好，抗冲击性能好，性能稳定，进给量大
▶是汽车铝轮毂、摩托车铝轮毂、电动车铝轮毂精车最常用的金刚石锯片。
PCD轮毂车刀分类：
1. 焊接整体轮毂工具。（可根据特定客户要求进行设计。）
PCD刀片与刀架采用焊接方式，具有良好的导热性、稳定性、抗冲击性，尺寸可根据客户需求定制，节省了刀片基座与刀架配合的调试时间，从而实现了加工现场的快速响应。主要用于轮毂的粗加工。
常见规格有25*25和20*20两种拍身规格，分为正手和反手。
▷刀头R的尺寸一般有R4、R3、R2.5、R2。
▷刀体焊接头突出部分焊有硬质合金，加强强度。
▷延伸长度由轮毂尺寸和轮辋深度的加工决定。
优点： 刀具刚性好、焊接强度高、抗冲击性能好、性能稳定、进给量大。
缺点： 换刀不方便、生产成本较高、邮寄不方便、邮费较高、仓库管理不方便。
2. 可更换机械夹持类型。（夹子类型）
V型夹
适用于轮毂的粗加工、半精加工及精加工，特别是喷漆后的轮毂表面精加工，具有极高寿命、持久高亮度、尺寸一致性好等特点，更能满足目前轮毂行业用户自动化生产线的加工要求。
R型夹
轮毂加工中主流使用的刀具具有较高的刚性、稳定性、抗冲击性，满足客户重切削、断续切削的要求，还可以根据客户需求设计不同的断屑槽几何形状。
优点：换刀方便、制造容易、制造成本低、邮寄方便、易于量产。
缺点：刀具刚性稍弱，不适合大进给加工。
3.自制机械夹紧装置
轮毂刀片，属于国际标准尺寸刀片，采用标准硬质合金基体，优质PCD刀头。刀片适用性广，品质优良，并可根据客户需求进行设计加工。
常见规格有：R2、R2.5、R3、R4
