Cylindrical Integral Dripper Mould is a plastic injection mould used to produce cylindrical integral drippers which is used to be inserted into a PE pipe to form into integral dripper dripline.

1. The mould can adopt cold/hot/semi hot runner system.
2. The cavity board can be changeable, so a mould can produce different cylindrical drippers.
3. The mould adopts S136H (HRC48-50) as cavity insert material and Japan Punch steel as mould core, which can ensure lifespan beyond one million shots.
4. The machining accuracy for the mould can reach 0.01mm, and roughness as Ra 00.8.
5. The dripper manufacture deviation Cu is less than 1%.
6. The deviation factor for dripper flow rate is less than 5%.
7. Mould is designed with 2D/3D drawing.
8. Moulds can be designed according to clients’ request to dripper flow rate, diameter and length.
9. Mould base is of famous brand suck as LKM.
10. Mould shot period is 9 to 12 seconds.
11. Water circulation is used for the mould cooling.
