Three-layer Greenhouse Film Blown Line

The Three-layer Greenhouse Film Blown Line is mainly composed of three extruders, a die head, a cooling air ring, a hauling system, a cooling system, a temperature & electric control system. It is mainly used to produce three-layer greenhouse film with following features:

1. The screw and barrel of extruder are uniquely designed and consigned to be processed by domestic professional manufacturers. They are equipped with strong bushing. So its plasticization and output can be increased greatly.

2. Hard surface gear box results in low noise, high drive efficiency, stable rotation and long service life of the line.

3. It adopts cylindrical filter, with its screen changing period 7-8 times of common ones. This has not only made up defect of material leakage but also effectively prolonged screen changing period.

4. The die head, made of high quality carbon steel, adopts spiral runner, with material fed from the center, for three (five)-layer co-extrusion. After being treated and processed for many times, its deformation decreases to the least.

5. Both the hauling and the coiling rollers shall be tested and rectified for dynamic balance, and processed and grinded with great accuracy.

6. It adopts inserting plate folding mode, which can effectively decrease hauling frame's volume, reduce covering space and lower purchasing cost.

7. It is equipped with subdividing device.

8. The electronic components adopted are all of famous domestic brand.

9. It can be equipped with inner cooling device according to requirements from customers.
