Pramiracetam is a nootropic drug derived from piracetam, and is more potent (i.e. lower dosage is used).It belongs to the racetam family of nootropics, and goes by the trade name Remen (Parke-Davis), Neupramir (Lusofarmaco) or Pramistar (Firma).
