JD-400 Copper wire drawing machine

Usage : The high speed machine is used for drawing electrical copper rod from 8.0mm to 1.2-4.0mm which can be annealed before the outletwire is woundby the dual take up device or coil machine .

1, The drawing blocks rank in a horizontal row , and the cantilevers of all die holders are very short and in equal length .

2, The surface of drawing blocks is coated with tungsten carbide power which is strong in hardness and wear proof,having long life span .

3, Main drawing machine and dead-block are driven separately, and all the dies can be changed conveniently and easily .

4, Contionous dual take up. automatic reel-change, the automatic reel-change can be done at more then 99% effeciency .

5, Driven by DC motor, the imported PLC and touch screen(siemens or preface,which is convenient for the operator to set and display .
