Detailed Description

1. Lifting motor

Brand: China top brand motor from Nanjing, It is of the best quality motors, it has bigger torque, so it can be adapted to moving frequently, the Maximum torque is 2.4-3 times than the rated torque.

Lifting motor uses tapered rotor motor with strong staring torque to adapt frequent direct staring in the intermittent work.CD1 type hoist uses single speed motor and MD1 type hoist uses dual speed motor. Theratio of motor's constant speed and slow speed is 10:1

2. Speed reducer

The electric wire rope hoist use helical gear three stage reducer. Gear and shaft are made by alloy steel and high carbon steel and through proper heat treatment to ensure its reliability and service life. the reducer is independent, so its easy to load and unload it.

Box body and cover is made of cast iron to ensure hoist's good damping performance and reliable sealing.
