CAW Regenerable Nitrogen Purifier

Through CAW renegenerable nitrogen purifier, oxygen and impurities are removed from nitrogen by using a special deoxidization catalyst. There are two purifier columns, when the capacity of the first bed is consumed, the control system switches to the alternate bed with no interruption in flow. The standby bed is then regenerated offline by adding hydrogen and a proprietary heating and purging procedure. After regeneration, the bed is on standby, ready to work when switchover is required.
Product nitrogen quality:
Oxygen content ≤ 1ppm,
Dew point < -65°C,
Hydrogen residual < 2ppm.
