Concrete Block Splitter

The main machine has the synchronization unit that guarantees the up and down blades to touch each other synchronously. Movement of the up and down blades is guided by four ultra wear-resistant guiding lead, driven by a large bore hydraulic drive, which lowers the operating pressure of the hydraulic unit but increases the splitting force easily. The two side blades are driven by independent hydraulic drive. The precise control system makes sure the reliable movement of the two side blades, which guarantees that four blades could split the concrete blocks synchronously and makes the concrete blocks get the most satisfactory fracture surface. The four blades are made of high strength ultra wear-resistant alloy, which makes sure long service life and they can be changed easily
