Reciprocating Egg Tray Machine is semi automatic egg tray machine.
It doesn’t have drying system, because its capacity is very small, so we can drying egg tray by sunshine.
But if you need drying line, we also can design it for you.
* Introduction
1. Pulping system:
We put the waste paper to pulper to make pulp, after some support equipment and 3 pulp pools, the pulp concentration will become 0.8%-1%.

SHW-700 and SHW-900 are in reciprocating motion (up and down), lower die (forming dies) molded products by vacuum pump working , The upper die (transfer mold) will match with lower die after vacuum dehydration, then sending the finished product to platform.
