随气袋标准配置；（见图一）

1、气袋出现损坏的情况下（气袋本身材质出现破损、气管出现漏气）切勿在使用气袋，很容易造成气袋损坏和工人安全。

For safety, please check air pushing bag before use, to make sure the material and air hose are not air leakage.

If it’s damaged, fix it with repair kit or change a new one.

2、在不使用控制台的情况下，用空压机直接充气，气袋撑开30公分内停止进气，以免气袋充气气压不稳造成气袋损坏。

To avoid air pushing bag damaged by instable inlet air pressure and power, use controller to control the pressure.

3、Without controller, you must stop inflating when gap is up to 30cm. 气袋需全部放入细缝中，撑开5-10公分，不间断的填充石块顶住荒料的反推力，减轻气袋的推力。

To avoid air pushing bag damaged by blocks’ reverse thrust, place appropriate stones, when obtaining opening of 5-10cm gap

4、两个或者两个以上气袋并排或叠加使用的时候，必须配套控制台操作，同时充气，保障气袋进气压力平衡，避免气袋积压造成损坏。

To avoid damages to air pushing bags, use controller to balance the pressure of air pushing bags and inflate them all at once, when operating two or more air pushing bags.

操作步骤/Splitting and overturning pushing air bag operational procedure

1. 用水和气清洁绳锯切割完的缝中小石块、碎渣等确保缝中无砂石。

To avoid damages to the air pushing bags at deployment, carefully clearing debris in the gaps of the stone block.

2. 依据实际情况选择合适的气袋.

Choose the suitale types and quantity of air pushing bags to reach the best performance according to the sizes of the sawed blocks.

3. 选择最佳的省力点，将气袋完全放入缝中，将气袋上方的环与绳子连接好,再将绳子固定好，有条件的可以用薄铝板或薄铁片保护气袋

Choose the right acting point, put all the air pushing bags into the crevise, then fasten one end of ropes to the rings of the bag and tie the other ends to fixed point.

If possible, use two pieces of aluminium sheep or taggers to protect the bag.

4. 将气袋、控制台、空压机连接好

Link the air compressor through the air pressure controller to the bag

5. 启动空压机，气流匀稳后，打开阀门给气袋供气，注意压力计。

Begin inflating by opening the ball valve connected to the bag, when the air pressure is stable.

6. 当石块被推开5-10cm后，在石缝中加入填充石块

To avoid air pushing bag damaged by blocks’ reverse thrust, place appropriate stones, when obtaining opening of 5-10cm gap

7. 再次选择气袋的推力点和位置，叠加气袋讲石块推到

Rechoose a right acting point and overlap the bags to overturn the block

8. 关闭进气阀门，连接气袋和快速放气装置，快速放气后取出气袋

Shut off the air input valves of each bags, disconnected the hoses from the bags. And put out the bags after the deflation is completed.
