Canine Toxoplasma gondii antibody rapid test card

Ø Principle

This rapid test is an immuno-chromatographic test, using colloidal gold immunoassay method, to detect the toxoplasma antibody in serum. The whole test only need 20 mins. Easy to operate, fast, accurate, high sensitivity, intuitive result, easy to judge.

This test using double antigen sandwich method, can detect specify toxoplasma antibody in animal serum of cats, dogs, pigs, rabbits, mice etc

<!--[if !supportLists]-->1) <!--[endif]-->Add 2 drops (100 ul) serum sample into the well on the test card;

<!--[if !supportLists]-->2) <!--[endif]-->Place the test card on the desktop flatly, incubate for 5-20 minute, then judge the result. The result of more than 20 mins can only be used as a reference.

<!--[if !supportLists]-->1) <!--[endif]-->Positive: control line and test line are both seen wine red, the more the antibody exist, the thicker the color appear;

<!--[if !supportLists]-->2) <!--[endif]-->Weak positive: control line and test line are both seen wine red, but the color of test line is very light;

<!--[if !supportLists]-->3) <!--[endif]-->Negative: only control line is seen wine red;

<!--[if !supportLists]-->4) <!--[endif]-->Invalidation: control line isn’t seen wine red.

Use the test card as soon as possible once open the aluminum foil, or the test card will be invalidated, store at normal temperature and the shelf life is 18 months.
