FC flat gate valve

Overview

Zhengguang’s FC flat gate valve is a single gate,full-bore,through conduit gate valve. It is in application of 2000-15000psi,is available in sizes between 1-13/16” and 5-1/8”, with either double flange, threaded end and special connection configuration and can be used together with matched Zhengguang’s actuator.

Main features

1、Bi-directional,downstream sealing structure design, which provides longer service life.

2、Metal-to-metal seal(gate-to-seat,seat-to-body,bonnet-to-body).

3、Simple and dependable gate and seat design which can reduce field service and keep the smallest parts storage.

4、Sealing ring between seat and body can help to seal under low pressure and prevent particulate pollutant into body cavity and sealing area.

5、Stem-sealing design includes all pressure levels,temperature range and all flow conditions that exist in wellhead and manifold environments.

6、Stem with inverted sealing structure that allowed gate to instead of stem to seal under pressure drive.

7、Grease valve can be installed at the back of stem inverted sealing structure on the bonnet to eliminate valve body leakage and make sure safety.

8、Easy to open and close the valve caused by small operating torque.
